Puckety Church's Purpose Team Updates

The Upkeep Team would like to inform the congregation of the status of the drainage project and the driveway repaving. There was a communication breakdown between the our drainage project engineering firm and Penn DOT. A paper work snag was encountered and we are presently working through the problem. An again we find ourselves waiting for approval from the state. The paving company has been placed on hold waiting for the completion of the drainage project. We are sorry about the delay but the circumstances are beyond our control. We thank you for your patience.

Some, but not all, of the Spring Spruce Up Projects have been completed. The sheds are in the process of being repaired and painted thanks to Todd Johnston, Dean Kunkle, Jack Guyer and Henry Shaffer. Thanks to Vickie and Ralph Baker the garage door and opener has been replaced on the Manse. The mowing of the cemetery and the church grounds continues to be on going thanks to the dedicated service of a small group of volunteers. There are still a number of painting projects to be handled through the course of the summer. If any one feels up to the task of tackling one of these projects, or being on the mowing team, please contact Vince Appleman. Any and all help would be appreciated.
